Me & my family eat out often, we go to Carl's Jr on County Club & McKellips. We go to Carl's Jr 2 or 3 times a week. We order the exact same thing everytime, and everytime we have gone there EVERYTHING HAS BEEN AMAZING, we order special burgers. We always get the food prepared correctly, it's hot & fresh. The customer service has always been amazing, everytimewe go there. Sergio is always so friendly, professional, he just a couple steps above the rest. He always makes sure we have everything we ordered & the condiments, he is nice and friendly we enjoy making him laugh.

Great Costumer service and awesome food! I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the building and the inside looked beautiful. I highly recommend going. The cashier, Valentina, was a great server. She was attentive and focused on getting me my food on time and fresh. She didn't have me wait long for my food and she was very sweet and very kind. She also recommended specials to me that seemed like a great deal. I will definitely be coming back.

Went through the drive through on Country Club and McKellips today for lunch! Was watching her make the drinks, she knocked a pile of plastic cups on the ground! I thought she would toss them, I was wrong! She used them for the customers behind me! I let her know that I saw and told her she shouldn’t had used them, she argued that it was okay! Never go to Carl Jr!!! She was so rude also.

Went to Carl's Junior tonight has a western bacon cheeseburger I did add lettuce and tomato they did charge me an extra $.49 sense for lettuce and tomato which I guess is okay but that definitely made the burger I like the fact they had crunchy lettuce and a really juicy tomato that made the burger and I'm glad I paid the extra money for it and take that burger to another level next time I want to try that again and I have a special going on right now another Burger where can you buy one get one for a dollar I think they told me it's called the Carl single I don't think I'm going to try that next time cuz that looks good it's got lettuce tomato and thousand island dressing on it is what I seen the picture looks really good I don't eat fast food much anymore but next time I want a burger or I'll go try it and the staff was very nice
