I want to love this place but I think there needs to be some improvements made now that they have gotten very popular. The first time we tried it was on a Saturday night and it was super busy. We waited about 30 minutes but when we finally got our cookies, the employee put caramel all over the top of my boyfriend's build your own cookie when he did not want caramel. The employee just grabbed a plain cookie and remade it without caramel but the cookie did not have any of the mix...read full review
These cookies are delicious! My family and I went there at 3 am, the woman working there was awesome and kindly explained to us all the different ways we can get our cookies made. The cookies are a great size for $5 (bigger and wider variety of toppings than other cookie places). We plan on returning soon!
