We were so excited to check this out as we love pizookies. My parents were visiting from out of state so we were excited to try a new place, unfortunately it left us very disappointed. We ordered 3 different cookies and all of them tasted more cakey than like a cookie. The apple crumble one we received had a hair baked into it... the cookies and cream one was just a white chocolate chip cookie and the birthday cake one just tasted like a sugar cookie. None of the group liked the vanilla ice cream either it just seemed like the cheap store brand ice cream. Sadly we will not be coming back.

Prices are great which is insane these days! Cookies are FRESH and shakes were to die for! People here are friendly and helpful, you can add ALL THE TOPPINGS YOU WANT!!!! Don’t miss this spot!

Came here looking for a sweet treat and was pretty disappointed. Place was dirty and cookie was mid at best. Would have been better off going to Oreganos or Bj's for a pizookie. Staff was fine, not overly nice or rude. Wouldn't come back.

I want to love this place but I think there needs to be some improvements made now that they have gotten very popular. The first time we tried it was on a Saturday night and it was super busy. We waited about 30 minutes but when we finally got our cookies, the employee put caramel all over the top of my boyfriend's build your own cookie when he did not want caramel. The employee just grabbed a plain cookie and remade it without caramel but the cookie did not have any of the mix ins. That was disappointing.We decided to try again on a Thursday night and there was only a few other people inside. Unfortunately the cookies that we got were pretty much completely raw. I do love a gooey cookie but I wasn't looking for hot raw cookie dough. I think a few tweaks need to be made for this place to be perfect.

These cookies are delicious! My family and I went there at 3 am, the woman working there was awesome and kindly explained to us all the different ways we can get our cookies made. The cookies are a great size for $5 (bigger and wider variety of toppings than other cookie places). We plan on returning soon!

Cool build your own cookie spot! They also do build your own milkshakes. There are 10 different types of doughs and over 20 toppings. Along with ice cream and coffee. Our cookie was a little under baked but they were busy and cranking them out! They are also on doordash!

This is a first time being here. We ordered 5 coffees no sugar.There was a possible mistake that all coffees tasted sweet. The gentleman who worked so hard, and was too busy at the time being, kindly remade all coffees without any hesitation and provided us with milk on the side to make our own coffee the way we like even though it is not the way they operate. We made our own cookie. It was great and the good feature of the cookie to me being not too sweet. Highly recommended. Great cookies and great service.
