Chick-fil-A provides great service with attentive and proactive staff, making for a memorable experience. They serve the best spicy chicken sandwich around, with hot food delivered quickly and with respect and kindness. The place is clean, and employees are helpful and always smiling. The manager checks to ensure everything is okay. The mobile thru is working much better now, and the waffle fries have a better serving. The rewards program is a nice bonus. Chick-fil-A sliders, available until 10 a.m., are a favorite. The location is kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible. However, some customers still feel shorted on waffle fries portions, and the mobile thru lane can be slower than the regular drive-thru.
