Came in to pick up a mobile order for a customer. How about hiring people who can understand English?? I don’t appreciate being yelled at because your employees don’t understand me. They watched me confirm both orders. Why only give me 1??? Horrible service!

Asked if a order was ready, they told me they are still working on it. Something seem really off after waiting 4 minutes. I went to check if it was the order & it sure was. Workers accused me of stealing & just made up excuses to save face.Hire better expos

This location consistently misses the mark. More than once they have given me something I didn’t order, forgotten something that I paid for, etc. Even when using the app to order ahead for pickup I have to wait a long time, and then somehow still receive an incorrect order. I love Chick-fil-A for their quality and efficiency, but this location is an anomaly.
