Not sure why today's line was taking forever. I would like to think your employee Austin for making it much better. This was the longest I've ever waited in a line of 3 cars, minimum 20 minutes. When I pulled up to the window I was greeted by Austin, extremely friendly. By the time I left I had forgotten all about that wait. That simple conversations turned my worst experience in a chick fil a drive thru into a memorable one. In a good way.
Food is good and the employees are the best. I have to mention Grandma Beth, an employee that allows my nephews the experience to come and make their own ice cream. The kids were so happy because of that experience.

This is hands down the best Chick-fil-A location I’ve been to. Everyone that works there is amazing and they even recognize my kids and I when we go which is such a sweet personal touch. It’s our go-to neighborhood lunch/dinner spot in the Red Mountain area. They have fun activities for kids and family events often and we just love coming here! Food is always great and consistent.
