Went to lunch with three friends and we all enjoyed our food and service. I chose from the pick three, crispy chicken, and was on of the better chicken sandwiches I've had. All the others had burgers and enjoyed. The service was better than that of some upscale joints, all drink refills without asking. The person seating us was nice, but a bit overkill on telling us about signing up for "free stuff" with email. The atmosphere is typical Chili's, dinged since there was a slight smell of sewer, at least I noticed it and more so in restroom.
It was a v/busy night and the serving associates more than met everyone's needs..thank you,

We had a great experience tonight with Rachelle! I wasn't able to leave a review on the kiosk so hoping this reaches her. She was great, took awesome care of us, and never skipped a beat. We really enjoyed having her serve us! Only critique was on the chicken wings, they were cooked but very greasy and fatty.

Service and food was terrible at this location. We had a decent sized group and went on a week day with 2 hours of open time. They started doing closing duties early which I'm all for but when we ordered margaritas the glass came without salt. We asked for salt and were told that it had been put away. They still had 2 hours of open. We ordered chips and salsa and asked for a refill about 3 times, never received it. The whole time a female manager was walking around and you could tell this is the culture she has created. Food was blah, my wings were very cold. Figured it didn't do any good to complain since they all were in such a hurry. Final straw was when we were paying, one of us has a gift card and paying with cash as well. We asked the waiter for help to do the transaction and he asked if we had received the gift card by complaining. All of us were caught off guard and got out of there. Also we were gone way before closing time. Awful management. Will not be back to this location.Update: management doesn't care. Their response should be easy for the reviewer not create work by giving a link that no one responds to.
Usually, our server is Tim. Tim's got a great personality! The service is excellent! The food comes out hot and delicious!

The bone in wings with Sweet Chili Zing are a little bit of heaven, in my opinion! Their ribs, on the other hand, are much drier than they used to be, I had trouble swallowing even small bites. Their service is usually pretty good.

We usually go on Friday night and have Dan and Morgan help us out. They are phenomenal, but this one time we went tonight on 1.19.24 and there were some new people working we never saw before. We waited about 15 minutes and nobody said hello, acknowledged us. The new guy running the bar kept stairing at us, wiping down tables and joking around and taking pictures with his other coworkers. It wasn’t untill we decided to leave due to the fact we weren’t going to get proper service or any service at all. they stopped us and asked if everything is okay. I said we’ve been waiting a while and no service and he said that he didn’t see us there which was a lie. It felt like he saw us there and was just hoping we get up and leave so he didn’t have to serve another table. We probably won’t go back for a little while, I hope Dan and Morgan still work there cause they make this location fantastic, or anybody who provides the chili’s hospitality.

Went to lunch today at chili’s on McKellips and power rd. We go there quite often however service has gone down hill. The Bartender who’s waited on us before never even acknowledged us what so ever. We sat for a while finally a girl came by and took our drink orders. The bartender spent more time B.S with people instead of waiting on people. They seemed short handed the service was terrible. The hostess who we know and always say by to Vanished and the waiter said he didn’t know what happen to her we will never go back there not worth the aggravation
