Food was great as always - triple Dipper goer here. For some reason though, when they are at their slowest, the service tends to match that. Polite waitress, just very slow and not attentive after I paid the bill on the kiosk yet still needed boxes. Had to ask the hostess.

My wife and I go to this Chili's every couple of weeks for several years. We really like the three for me deals. I've never had a bad experience or a bad meal over here. The food quality is reliable. If I go to another Chili's, something isn't quite the same as eating at MY Chili's.
Tonight, Andrew was our server. He's a thoughtful young man. He kindly listened to all of our silly stories. He is an attentive server who spent time with us...

When it comes to food service and hospitality I am very particular; Miss Nicole was our server and her service was absolutely above and beyond, her energy was definitely felt and it shows amongst her interactions with customer. Very authentic personality; will be returning just for her hospitality.
