I am a gm in the complex at one of the restaurants around and the girl building the bowls had the worst attitude rolling her eyes everytime we asked for more items while building didn’t even finish the bowl of one of my entrees and when told I asked for lettuce also she ripped the lid off and rolled her eyes and asked with an attitude is that all. Worst experience I have had at this location.

Friendliest Chipotle in all of East Mesa! Very keenly like service and an available hot/Fooded flavor of venue. If all staff and employees serving such wonderful organic gourmet were so aptly entitled to the tightess presentation of well stocked Pico then I'd further swoon into the lemonade dispenser.Thank you BlancaH and all over parties involved. Particular Charolette. For all Chipotles have a little scar named Charolette Johansen inside, smiling and gifting lime sautéed chips.

Pretty dumb they hold ingredients for online orders only. I came in to get a burrito and was told I couldn't have lettuce because they were out but they clearly had it when asked said was for only online. What makes them more important?

Overall experience is good with Chipotle but once cashier forgot to give us discounted price even though we asked ahead of time. It was Halloween discount going on for all the Chipotle.

A younger girl named ruby I believe is a great worker, she's fast and easy going made my bowl in less than 3 minutes. Food was great and service was great definitely going to be my go to chipotle spot.
Carne asada was tasty but they were out of guacamole! How can you run out of guacamole? Very disappointing.

Thee WORST... I ordered from here via door dash. I ordered chips and guacamole which is $10.80 (by the way) and it didn't get put in the bag. I started to eat my burrito Bowl that I ordered and chicken was so burnt and that wasn't all... I found hair in my food. (So disgusted) and disappointed. I feel like hairnets should be a thing there.. So disappointing especially spending the amount of money when there is no quality.
