I had the worst experience at the location in Mesa AZ. The staff working there was exceptionally rude. How do I get in contact with that manager there??? The woman that was rude refused to give her name.She did not have a name tag.I am totally disgusted with that location. I am not the only customer there who walked out.Something needs to be done about that rude employee. I tried calling the restaurant directly and they kept hanging up on me.The most unprofessional restaurant I have ever been to.

my rice was crunchy and they filled my last bowl i ordered online half full. the workers were rude and short and unapologetic.

I bought food there Monday 11/17/25. Later that night was rushed to the er with food poisoning. Never again. I had their steak and carne asada . They have alot of violations. Be careful

the girl at the register was rude. she thought she was being funny n cute.. as shes wearing sweatpants, literal PAJAMAS to her place of work. she got a nasty attitude n needs to learn to keep some stuff to her damn self. to sit there and make fun of someone in front of their face or even at all is NOT okay. grow up n get rid of the mean girl act.. maybe u wont be miserable.

I placed a mobile order for pick up and the place was kind of crowded. When I got home my bowl didn't have any rice and my tortilla was so crispy around the edges, I thought I was eating chips. I'm 6 months pregnant and very hungry. My night is ruined.😭

So I'm am a long time chipotle fan. But I pick up my meal tonight and an associate with gloves hand pull out her phone, scroll thru. Leaning on food prep counter. Then go right back to work without changing her gloves. Won't eat here again

I ordered to go and I don't think I'm going to eat at Chipotle ever again. EVERY single time I eat at ANY Chipotle, I get very very sick to my stomach. Not anything this specific location has done but I know I always hear stories from people who have gotten sick from Chipotle. If you have sensitive stomach then I don't recommend you go here. But the customer service and everything else at this location was AWESOME! I would go back ONLY to hang out with the restaurant team. 😇😁

This place has to be a joke how are they still in business. Sent my wife to get food and the young lady was rude to her beyond belief then served the world's smallest burrito after calling manager and corporate all they offered was a free bogo coupon meaning I'd have to spend more to get something. This is insane. Take a look at this picture the burrito was smaller than a can of coke. It had steak rice beans cheese and $3 guacamole. The public needs to take a stand already.

My girl mentioned they couldn’t cook rice at this location. I doubted it could be true, she had not been in over 6 months. Sure enough, both the white and brown rice in our bowls was crunchy.

6 years ago I rated this location 5 stars but it’s gone down hill since then in terms of customer service. Today (10-7-25) was a new peak. While refilling my ice tea, an employee came around the corner with an ice bucket. I smiled and said hello, finished filling my tea, put the lid on and started to walk away. The employee ignored my hello and then shoved her way in front of me kicking my feet and knocking me aside. Literally only had to wait a few seconds but that was too much for her apparently.

I have easily spent thousands of dollars at this specific location and increasingly have felt like the customers are a nuisance to the staff.

To be honest, I sat in my car and cried after. There’s a lot of hate in the world right now, it would be nice to not feel that at the neighborhood chipotle.

I was here on 8/25 around 7pm & I asked for a chicken bowl. The girl who was helping me was clearly having a bad day & decided to take it out on me. First she barely put any rice & when I kindly asked if she could add more she grunted & added a TON of rice on top of the chicken. Then I asked for green salsa & she POURED A FULL SPOON OF SALSA on my bowl. She clearly was trying to be rude because I had asked for more rice.
Chipotle brand is dying & the employees DO NOT HELP THEIR CASE! As a loyal Chipotle household they've lost my business & I'll never eat at Chipotle again. I will be calling the franchise owner & manager tomorrow. My bowl was soaked w salsa I couldn't even eat it. Oh but ofc I paid full price.

Came in close to lunch rush! The lady making food was trying to refill all her containers with 3 people in line!! Took forever! Then the lady taking payment was wandering around and wouldn’t allow me to pay! Took way too long for chipotle! Most locations I’m done and out with my food quickly! Avoid this location
