It’s really frustrating how they never have salad dressing even when you specifically ask for a salad. Please advise your customers that you don’t have the dressing before i complete and pay for my order. I would have ordered another item or a gone somewhere else.

this place is usually really good, but recently its gotten worse and worse. today, on november 27th, this man with dark brown eyes, cross earing, and tattoos was serving us and he was pretty rude and disrespectful. When I was in front of the line, the guy asked what i wanted, and then he asked my friend immediately what he wanted in a rude tone. it doesnt sound rude the way im typing it, but it was rlly rude. he never smiled, and he barely put any chicken and sour cream in my friends quesadilla. idk if he had a bad day but it just put all 3 of us the wrong way.

Okay why is there a bone in my burrito 🤣 . Loved the past orders mind you I always order a bowl. Decided to order a a burrito tonight , something different tonight right. Half in to my burrito I almost died on this bone! Chipotle I’ll be calling tomorrow

constantttttt cross contamination. i don’t eat meat & have found a piece of meat in my VEGGIE bowl 3 times from this specific location, both dine in & online ordering. ordered my bowl today & found so many random pieces of corn when i did infact order in person & didn’t order corn & it wasn’t enough to say she misheard & did a full scoop. i’ve never been here & not have random other items in my bowl so i refuse to get a burrito here lol do not trust it to have exactly what i want even if i’m watching them??? so it’s cross contaminated mixed in?? very annoying & bad for allergies or diets so be careful! wish you guys could be cleaner so i don’t have to worry about eating meat when i haven’t in 7 years…
Vegetarian options: they constantly put a random piece of meat in my veggie bowls!!!

Food was not as good like it was the last of the lunch rush, and steak looked dry. It was a little more tougher than normal.
Parking: Parking is terrible, ended up getting gas and lunch at same time so I could park at gas station!
