I love Schlotzsky's! My go too order is the Barbecue Chick Pizza. There sandwiches are also top notch, some of the best bread. I recently ordered delivery for a work meeting, everything was on time but the packaging was really messy, just random pieces of lettuce and beef in the bag. Also the pickles are not the best. Other than that, they were and are great!

First time having Schlotzsky's after recieving a coupon for a free small sandwich. I've driven past this place for years now, not sure why I haven't gone because I knew they sold Cinnabons as well! The sandwich was delicious and perfect size for me. Definitely a good Smokey flavor, a small spice kick and chewy bread! I also got the caramel pecan bun and it was prepped right in front of me!Bobby was my server and he was really nice & friendly! Told him how it was my first time and he said I was in for a treat! The restaurant is really cute inside actually, but nobody inside. Maybe because it was early ,but I hope their interior is appreciated enough!Only con is the pricing, this small sandwich was originally $9, which, in this economy? I'm not sure how willing I am to cough that up considering it's the smallest size. But I know the pricing is out of the employees' hands so hence the rating still. Corporate just may need to re evaluate a few things before this becomes a regular stop for me, but I'd love to try more sandwiches they offer!

Listen here, I've been a bloody fan for ages, I've been devouring this pizza for more than two decades, and let me tell you, I was absolutely obsessed with your pizza since I was a wee lad. But now, oh dear lord, you can't ignore the ghastly difference in your sauce. It tastes like arse, and not just any arse, mind you, but the cheapest, nastiest arse you can imagine! You keep blabbering about using the finest ingredients and changing your sauce, but honestly, a bloody dog wouldn't even touch this garbage. It was a struggle to force it down my throat. Whatever the hell you've done, for heaven's sake, go back to the original flavor! This new taste is downright revolting. I swear I won't set foot in this joint again until you sort this mess out. And I sincerely hope you do, because right now, your pizza is an absolute disgrace!P.S. Yes the pizza sauce has changed. Its been some time since I have been able to eat here but ai noticed it immediately. My entire family and friends have also said the exact same thing. Not to mention people on the internet who are also fans of the pizza have noticed the change in the sauce. There is absolutely no way you cannot tell that the sauce has change unless you do not eat your own food. It's terrible.

The food is fine, but I was disappointed in their customer service. They forgot my chips on an order, and when I called after I got home, I didn't get as much as an apology for the inconvenience. Despite the the fact that a bag of chips is definitely not worth the 20 minutes it took total to drive back there and wait in the drive-through line, I decided to do it anyway. They could have at least thrown in an extra item, a coupon for a sandwich, or an apology for my inconvenience when they gave me my chips. Service recovery just doesn't seem to exist anymore.

Only came here because I had a free birthday sandwich but was pleasantly surprised! I had never had schlotzsky's before but thought it was really good! I'd come back for a quick bite if I had a coupon but I don't think it's something I'd be craving at home lol

Really Great Sandwiches! I'm not sure why the stars are so low but this location is SO clean and the service was very wonderful! We ordered 2 Turkey Bacon Club sandwiches and added onion and chipotle mayo to both. They're jalapeño cheddar bread is delicious! It's a pretty large sandwich so I usually just eat half and save the rest for later. This time I ate the whole thing it was so good!Well done Schlotzky's crew

As I go through the other reviews, I can see that the business manager gives the same copy and paste answer to every poor review. This is how good businesses turn into bad businesses and end up, turning into no business at all.

Was very excited to get the Schlotzsky's coupons in the mail. I went right on and set up an account. I'm from the elderly generation so I'm not techno. As I walked in I asked if they would help me use my app. The nice gentleman said, when that prints there be a barcode and will help you scan it. The barcode did not print on the receipt the female manager came out and settled try to print it again but you used your rewards. I can explain to her I didn't have any rewards to use however I did use a coupon for a free dessert but I did pay $35 for my meal. She said well that's just how it is here

I ordered a giant, original sandwich with a regular 32oz drink and my total was $19.36 with tax which I felt was a little steep. The store was mostly clean except for the overflowing ice machines and unclean tables. Staff was very friendly and informative. I noticed this location sold Cinnabon treats too! I would go back.
