First time having Schlotzsky's after recieving a coupon for a free small sandwich. I've driven past this place for years now, not sure why I haven't gone because I knew they sold Cinnabons as well! The sandwich was delicious and perfect size for me. Definitely a good Smokey flavor, a small spice kick and chewy bread! The food is fine, but I was disappointed in their customer service. They forgot my chips on an order, and when I called after I got home, I didn't get as much as an apology for the inconvenience. Despite the the fact that a bag of chips is definitely not worth the 20 minutes it took total to drive back there and wait in the drive-through line, I decided to do it anyway. They could have at least thrown in an extra item, a coupon for a sandwich, or an apology for my inconvenience...read full review

I love Schlotzsky's! My go too order is the Barbecue Chick Pizza. There sandwiches are also top notch, some of the best bread. I recently ordered delivery for a work meeting, everything was on time but the packaging was really messy, just random pieces of lettuce and beef in the bag. Also the pickles are not the best. Other than that, they were and are great!
