We don't go here often, but when we do, it's always a treat and it always tastes so delicious. Ice cream is super cold and creamy. I love that they mix the toppings in on a cold slab, it just keeps the ice cream's soft form instead of melting. I get the founder's favorite and it is by far the most amazing thing ever.

I prefer the Val Vista location and when given a choice, I will always choose that one. The stapley location seems stingy. There's always way more ice cream to mix in, the ratio is way off, barely any mix ins. Also stapley levels off the ice cream at the top of the container but val vista piles it so it goes way over the top. If you look online at cold stone stock photos, all the ice cream goes way over the top of the container so I feel gypped ever time I go to stapley.

We ordered a dark chocolate devotion pie for Thanksgiving. It was the best! The wonderful person who waited on us was Tonya. She is always so professional and sweet. This pie is now our newest tradition for Thanksgiving.
