We love Costa! Our family is obsessed. My daughter choose this for our lunch date and my husband chose this for our date night. Had a small sweet pork salad with extra guac. Had the homemade tortilla on the side so I can dip it in the tomatillo ranch dressing. YUM! For date night had the nachos and ate it with a fork so no dirty fingers. Love the food here and the strawberry and mango lemonades are delish too if you don’t want a soda.

Update 2026: I've had a lot of good visits here over the years; however, I am sad that the fajita veggies are no longer on the menu. Without them, there's not very much motivation to go here for vegetarians or vegans.

Typical for Costa Vida. But, in Utah you are not charged for extra pico, and sauce. We always get the same dinner - pork barbacoa, extra meat, extra pico. Cost in Utah, $25, cost here $42.
