Went for lunch the other day, people and service at this culvers location was great. No faults at all. But my burger was dry. I know it could be a number of things and I want to be sure to mention it was my first time at this location. From my experience at other culvers locations, this is an anomaly.
Everyone is so nice here. The restaurant is very clean and organized. Staff is friendly and kind. The food is fresh everyday..love love love thier pienut butter shake..its amazing and so satisfying.
I had a drive-through order, go wrong and made it all the way home after reaching out to the store the manager Declan took care of me. I just had to come back in and he made everything right and him and all of his staff were very professional. Even though the first drive-through didn’t work very well, I would definitely recommend this place based on their ability to make things right.
