As much as I love coming here. Today there was only 2 workers. One was on break other was in the back believe cooking. Which was fine we were still deciding what we wanted. When the employee on the clock came to the front she apologized for the delay took our order as she was still cooking on top of getting mobile orders and a few people came in waiting longer. You guys need more staff. I felt bad for the girl that was trying to do so much by herself... she even forgot my sauce...

I had an awesome experience at Cupbop! The food is packed with flavor, and the portions are generous—definitely worth the price. I tried the crispy chicken bop, and it was deliciously crunchy with the perfect amount of spice. The sauces add a great kick, but if you prefer a lighter touch, you might want to ask for them on the side.

The staff was friendly and made the ordering process super easy. I also love the fast service—perfect for a quick but satisfying...

I always wondered about this place when i passed it. this past Saturday i had a chance to try it.. food was very good. The young man that helped me was very friendly and helped me with options since it was my first time. Don't let fast food Korean scare you away. i highly recommend this place.
