Had a bad drive through fail tonight. Prices through the roof! Bad service. Ordered box of Cherry dilly bars, frozen quart of ice cream snd a medium blizzard.
No bag, no napkins, no bag. Ice cream was a pint and soft serve. Filled to overflow. Hands were sticky just by taking products into car.
Asked for a bag. They put the soft serve in but not the dilly bars. I tried to put the dilly bars in and bag ripped out. (Too small).

A big thank you and appreciation to the workers at the Dairy Queen on Alma school and Guadalupe. It's so hard to have decent customer service and this crew was so kind, fast, and clean . They deserved a special shout out. Ps. They made me wait to take a picture until the drive thru was taken care . #pointmade
