The staff was really nice. It's family style so there kind of big portions. The rice and noodle dishes came out fast. The steamed food like the pork buns and dumplings came out after. It's all made to order. The seating area isn't huge so it can fill fast. Would go back again.
We pass this spot all the time and finally decided to stop in. Food was amazing! Great flavors in everything. Lo mein was perfectly flavored and sauced. The sweet and sour chicken was amazing. Perfectly cooked and tender chicken inside batter. The sauce was thicker than most places which was a pleasant surprise. We look forward to coming back here again soon!
I lived in New York City for 50 years and have eaten in hundreds of Chinese restaurants including tons in Chinatown and Flushing and this place holds its own with all but the very best. I often start with yang chow fried rice or house special lo mein. It gives me a chance to sample a wide array of ingredients both meat and veggie for freshness, quality and 'cookability'.
