I've ordered from this location a couple times and every time they don't have something that I've ordered on the mobile app. I will say though that the night manager there was very accommodating. I appreciate her
I really love those location. I go thro the drive thru at least every other day.Most of the staff knows me by my order which I love. I did have a recent experience that just rubbed me the wrong way. I know how much my drink cost one day I ordered my drink pulled up and was charged more. I asked why and the lady said there was no button for what I ordered ( it's on their menu board) I asked for her to ask someone. What later was revealed was the manager ( Sam ) who told me...
I look forward to seeing these ladies for my morning coffee and breakfast every morning. They know my order and if I forget to ask for something they asking me if I would still like it. It's nice to have ladies that remember the orders of their regulars. Also they have a positive vibes with morning conversations.
