I am submitting a complaint to DD customer service online. I recommend that others do the same.Management should be embarrassed by the manner in which their older female employee treats customers. What is the need for her to be rude and nasty to customers who walk in?

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. The customer service and work ethic at this location should be a source of shame for the management.I encountered an older woman employee today who was extremely unfriendly and rude. I went to buy food for my four-person family to place an order for four sandwiches and four hash browns. As I waited for my order with my kids, the older woman yelled 'too much food' 'too much food' and walked away laughing as she threw my food on the counter. She didn't read the order number, but she was extremely rude and obnoxious, thinking it was amusing. My younger son who has autism asked me why there was so much food. I explained that it's not, just one person who is ignorant and unhappy with themselves and takes it out on others, but the young guys who work there have better work ethic and customer service than the old woman.

i live in constant frustration of dunkin, and no exception is made here. it is wild how consistent dunkin (especially this location) gets orders incorrect!of my last four visits I have either A. not received my food items B. Received someone’s DoorDash order C. My drink has been exceptionally wrong to the point of no recognitionthere’s a medley of other frustrations, but seriously. i would love to see your training processes at dunkin to see why your quality assurance at each location, particularly this one fails to be decent. the fact that on average 1/5 orders are blatantly incorrect when something is ordered is mind boggling. 20% of my time when i come here I’m absolutely livid based on principle, no other establishment strives for 80% satisfaction rate except for your establishment apparently! So pat yourself on the back for uniqueness and individuality as a franchise, poor QA is your bread and butter!

I am not sure what is going on at this dunkin, but they rarely have a selection of donuts, and the ladies intentionally ignore you.

DO NOT GO HERE IN THE MORNING FOR SURE.They prioritize drive thru and have NO ONE TO DO ANY OTHER ORDERS. Today I waited 15 minutes for a cup of regular hot coffee. I had one person ask me what I was there for about 3 minutes into my visit. But she never returned and no one else showed up. Door dash pickup person was waiting for same length of time and no one spoke to him.Go to Starbucks just north of this location if you want to receive your coffee. (Keep in mind the day before my regular coffee took 10 minutes. And 2 days before that I got an iced coffee when I ordered a hot coffee. )

Literally the worst place. Not just Dunkin but worst restaurant. No employees anytime I go. Legit saw an Uber guy there waiting for 20 minutes for 4 black coffees. Poor management. Don’t go.
Worst Dunkin I've ever been too, service wise. Stood at the register for over 15 mins while the girl before me & the guy before her were both clearly frustrated already as they were waiting for awhile already just for a coffee. After ordering from an associate who seemed to just hate her life off the demeanor & attitude, I noticed Another line of frustrated looking customers who were waiting unnacceptably long periods of time without hearing a word from any associate. I went ahead just decided to eat my donut, which I threw away half way into it bc it was just bland tasting and didn't seem fresh really (this was 9:20am), as I stood waiting another 20 minutes for my coffee which they forgot after the next person in line seemed to get theirs first finally after waiting for awhile also. The person then looked at me knowing they forgot mine and he was already clearly frustrated with his wait and said "Won't be coming back to this Dunkin" . After asking someone where mine was they got me taken care of shortly after and this different person was quick and nice about it even gave me a large size for free, but that was still ridiculous. They weren't over staffed as there were at least 4 maybe 5 employees I counted. I honestly probably won't go here again but I hope they get their ducks in row here per say.

My husband went through the drive thru. First, they gave our order to someone else and he had to wait for it to be remade. Then, came home with the second order and it wasn't ours. Drove back up and went inside, the manager said they just took a big order and aren't making food for anyone else. They gave him our money back and he was able to get a delicious breakfast sandwich from Bosa Donuts instead. Bosa Donuts for the win!

Maybe today's not my day IDK. I stood at counter for my entire break 15min. Had 5 workers working the drive through and no one up front. I stepped back a bit so all 5 employees could see me. At least 3 did one even said something to another acknowledging I was there, but nobody came. Wasn't till I turned around and was leaving when I saw another person going to front from some unknown location bur by then it was too late break dead and over and no coffee./update 1/16/2024 it happened again ? I'm over dunkin
