I walked in with 13 mins to spare, there was no one in sight for over a minute and then a young girl walks up from the back and shouts “we’re closed”. But the door says they close at 6. She said “we put everything away already so we can get out of here on time”!WTh! Then the door needs to say ‘closes at 5:47pm’. The time before last night they were also very short and rude. This place is being ran by kids- no wonder! :/

Two of the employees were outside working on a car tire and came back in, didn't wash their hands, and put on gloves before working with food to serve to customers. I'm not sure who the manager was on shift or who's in charge, but that is against health code and food safety protocols.

This location is terrible, and I implore anybody reading this to not waste your time going to this particular store.1. Nobody at this store actually knows how to interact with other human beings who make mobile orders. It’s genuinely as if they don’t even see you unless you’re right in their face at the counter. In particular, there’s one very tall lanky younger guy with very short hair that always has the attitude of a petulant little boy and will toss around ingredients and equipment in a tantrum if you ask him to do his job and make your order the way you ordered it. He’s awful and needs to only be working in the back away from people.2. This location, somehow, always runs out of at least one major food item very early in the day. It’s somehow possible that a Dunkin Donuts will not have doughnuts. Today they just had zero sandwiches or sandwich ingredients and it was only noon. How? Do the managers not know how to take the time to order product properly?3. The product you do eventually get has a pretty solid chance of having missing ingredients or just being the wrong item in general. They’ll forget bacon and seasoning on the avocado toast when it says in bold letters “bacon-topped avocado toast” on the order slip.Overall, please avoid going to this store. This isn’t a reflection on Dunkin’ Donuts as a whole, it’s just this particular location that needs to be avoided and investigated.

Awful experience. I went in there to pick up a mobile order for my mom, the order wasn’t out, so I sat down and waited. And waited….. and waited. They’re tossing out other orders and I’m the only customer sitting in the store at this point, does anyone acknowledge me? Nope. Not one. Unknowingly my order is sitting behind the counter because the munchkins were out. Did anyone think to come over and 1. Ask who I was waiting for or 2. Come over and see what was going on? Not one soul!!! I finally go up and see what’s going on, I’m waiting about 15 minutes at this point. Only to find out they’ve been waiting to tell me they’re out of munchkins, but they didn’t even come over to see what I was waiting for?!?!?!?! Oh I was livid. On top of that, I watched a kid who looks like he’s 10 drop a pair of tongs on the floor and pick them up and USE them without washing them. DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT! They don’t care about you!!! I don’t know who’s running this place anymore but it’s so so disappointing.

Sonuts are consistent with every Dunkin you go to.Vegetarian options: You don't have to order meat. The donuts aren't cooked in a meat based tallow.

Great product but customer service poor. Ordered a cold brew and was first told it had to be ordered on the app… no… but was then told it wasn’t “coffee” so didn’t apply to the coffee donut deal. Only 69cents but very flippant attitudes.
This is some peoples first stop after school drop off, on their way to work. This morning, the woman who is taking orders for the drive-through talked to me like I was an idiot because I ordered a caramel latte Oat milk and asked to make sure it’s not the one that came with with Whip cream. She responded, “ma’am, you did not order signature latte”. All I could do is laugh, because I know what I ordered. Often, I order a regular caramel latte with oat milk and they still Charge me for the one with whip cream. And then she Repeated my order back to me, and it was wrong. So I said my order again and just praying she didn’t screw it up :) Customer service zero out of 10.

Love the cookie butter cold brew! I always order pick up through the app and often get my drinks made wrong or they don’t have what I ordered available in the store once I arrive. Not a huge deal, the staff is always extremely nice and helps make things right every time, but it is a little inconvenient and time consuming to have to deal with.
