This is some peoples first stop after school drop off, on their way to work. This morning, the woman who is taking orders for the drive-through talked to me like I was an idiot because I ordered a caramel latte Oat milk and asked to make sure it’s not the one that came with with Whip cream. Love the cookie butter cold brew! I always order pick up through the app and often get my drinks made wrong or they don’t have what I ordered available in the store once I arrive. Not a huge deal, the staff is always extremely nice and helps make things right every time, but it is a little inconvenient and time consuming to have to deal with.

Great product but customer service poor. Ordered a cold brew and was first told it had to be ordered on the app… no… but was then told it wasn’t “coffee” so didn’t apply to the coffee donut deal. Only 69cents but very flippant attitudes.
