After a nice workout by the nearby gym it's nice to come get a hot toasty kox everything bagel and dark roast coffee. It's nice to sit on the patio in the fresh air listening to the lively music. Bagel is all gone!

I stop in Einsteins several times a month on my way to work. They are welcoming, friendly and quick. The employees seem to all work well together and having fun. It makes for a enjoyable environment and start to my day. Spinach Florentine bagel is amazing.

I wish you were able to select any type of bagel and the quantity you want of that type. Instead you are forced to do 3, 3, 3 and 4 of a type of bagel. Cool part was they do the old bakers dozen.
