We love El Pollo Loco for a delicious healthy meal when we travel. Some locations are better than others but they are really on their game here. Employees were friendly and courteous and the chicken was fresh and hot. Muy sabroso!

Love treating ourselves at least once a week. Then come home * enjoy the food as we watch one of our favorite shows.

Poor cashier lady was doing drive thru and front end cashier and she could barely speak. Mean while you had another guy who was working front end and wouldnt take over for her 😂😂 he swept the lobby for the full hour that we were there. Food was great except for the chicken tenders ! Such a bummer... I seen a review online and they looked so fresh and amazing but ended up being really underwhelming.
