Just had a pretty sad experience with the drive thru. I ordered a torta and head to the window to pay. I wait for ten mins and no one comes to window, I think they forgot about me? I was the only car there .I have to go back around thru the drive thru to get someone to come to the window. I understand mistakes can happen and everyone is human but when someone did open the window I hear laughter, and no apology is offered. I remain calm but it's really sad to see my own people...

I had been curious about this place for a while, so I finally visited recently.

Unfortunately, the staff felt quite indifferent, almost like dealing with a disinterested teenager, which left a bad first impression. On top of that, there was a single customer near the register who seemed to be in a state of agitation, acting erratically and shouting. At one point, they even directed inappropriate and aggressive language toward me despite having no prior interaction...

Employment is the largest expense in any business, I can't imagine how much money this location is wasting in time prepping teaspoon hot sauce servings in tiny containers. It frustrates both your employees and your customers... You've increased your prices by 33% the least you could do is make sure we get enough hot sauce and it will ultimately reduce prep times
