I called to give feedback since I wasn’t initially happy with my experience and the manager offered to remake my entire order oat his expense. I appreciate ownership and making it right. Definitely elevated my overall impression.
We ordered green chile, rice and beans for a gathering of about 50 people. Humberto was kind,professional and respectful while we were figuring out what we needed. When we picked up our order, the amount of food was very generous and, of course, delicious. The price was reasonable given today's prices. We will be ordering from this Filis again!
I asked if they had chips and queso and got a thing of chips with shredded cheese for $7.99 chips with shredded cheese is not chips and queso. Lesson learned. Tacos weren't bad but we will not be back.
