I'm not sure why so many negative reviews. My brother and I grew up on Filebertos. In the 31 yrs I've lived in Arizona I've been to so many locations throughout the valley. This location is by far the best one for service, food, cleanliness. This location doesn't smell like sewage like some locations, the employees day or night are friendly. I called to give feedback since I wasn’t initially happy with my experience and the manager offered to remake my entire order oat his expense. I appreciate ownership and making it right. Definitely elevated my overall impression.
We ordered green chile, rice and beans for a gathering of about 50 people. Humberto was kind,professional and respectful while we were figuring out what we needed. When we picked up our order, the amount of food was very generous and, of course, delicious. The price was reasonable given today's prices. We will be ordering from this Filis again!
