I’ve worked in food for a long time, there is new and slow and then there is not caring slow. Standing there talking while having people wait an unreasonable amount of time for several orders. There is no hustle at all.

A worker named Andy fr was so nice, took my order food was eh, half cooked but the bread was bussin this other girl Ella who handed me my food and was kind, warm smile and all. Pepole here seem super chill, one guy tho seems like he needs a nap, think he’s the manager.

Sandwich was made poorly and not cut entirely throughout ? this place is starting to decline in service and quality if your only job is to make a sub make a damn good sub not something that is sloppy thrown together. Would skip eating at this location for a while.

I was out looking for a good sandwich place andi saw Firehouse Subs so i stopped by and got a Firehouse Meetball sub and it was the best choice in my opinion I was also helped by an Andy who was very patient with me thank you

Went just tonight and the experience was great. Employees were THE NICEST IVE EVER MET IN MY WHOLE LIFE!!! Nothing but hospitality and smiles. A worker named ANDY went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and accommodated (I even cracked some jokes with them ?). Me and my dad got the Mac and cheese and it was splendid. Overall great food, great experience, and great workers ❤️❤️??

Came in today and had 5 of us and ordered our food , when it came out everything was good except the bread on one sandwich didn't seem toasted so my daughter took her food back and and when they said it was toasted the mananger came back out and fixed everything. Gave us a free sandwich and some cookies. The little older lady behind the counter was so sweet and kind as well . thank u firehouse !
