Great tasting food, friendly staff
Okay, I must say that I love what Firehouse Subs stands for as far as their community contributions and support of our first responders…but if I were this franchise owner I would be nervous about this store. I appreciate the younger generation doing their best and it seems they are an equal opportunity employer by the much older women working there as well so that’s awesome! What concerns me is the much older woman going to clock out and seeming so very distraught and stressed...read full review

Firehouse Subs on Signal Butte has friendly and accommodating staff. The team is quick, communicative, and enjoys working together, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The Firehouse Meatball sub is a popular menu item. The mac and cheese is also highly recommended. Excellent sub sandwiches include the great BBQ brisket and the chicken club limited. The ordering kiosk is not user-friendly, especially for older folks, and the process can be terrible. Many people come in for take-out orders. The restaurant has a nostalgic atmosphere.
