THE BEST! This is by far the best food truck I have hired for my business. Carlo and his staff were efficient, fast and friendly. Carlo was easy to work with and showed up on time. They fed 220 employees over a long hot day. Only positive feedback from the employees. We had 4 choices: beef, chicken, pork belly and tofu. HR people in cannot recommend enough.
I came across the food truck yesterday and ordered the Pork Adobo Fried Rice and two Lumpia and I found it amazing (and I did grow up in Hawaii, so I have eaten my fair share of Filipino food and Asian food in general. The Pork adobo meat was wonderful - tender and flavorful and the lumpia (Filipino spring rolls) were also quite good. Suffice to say, I would order from them again - lovely food.
Lumpia was authentic, fresh, and delicious. Bulgogi not so much. It tastes like Steakumms meat and lacks flavor. It's sugary beef with not enough time in marinade stage. It sucks to have spent 15 bucks on it. It is not inedible, just nothing like Korean MIL makes. Portion size is decent and matches price point.
