I’m from San Diego, CA, and I know good Mexican food, this place is by far the BEST. Reminds me of home! The establishment is ran by a husband and wife, and they are so sweet and welcoming. It’s a homey feeling, coming here. The place is truly a hidden gem. I live nearby, and this is my go to for street tacos, rolled tacos, and crane asada burritos !
This was my first time trying this amazing restaurant and it was amazing . As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed and it smelled so amazing. I got the quesabirria tacos which were so juicy and had the perfect crunch. i also tried the Lorenza and let me tell you it had the perfect amount of food full of flavors. I really recommend this place !
The atmosphere is a hole in the wall joint, which is totally fine. The food is under seasoned, but fresh and delicious otherwise. The consume needs more meat though. The salsas are delicious and the portions are just right. I’d recommend for a later night taco meal.
