Tried to order the Boneless wings combo at 1:03 am and the employee at the drive thru couldn't understand nor seem to be able to speak English. Unfortunately being raised in America I was only taught to speak english. I was unable to order and went somewhere else.

Not open 24 hours!
They will close for roughly an hour to 'do shift change.'' Manager doesn't care at all. Consistently end up waiting 2-3 minutes at the drive thru window. Lobby every time I've gone inside is dirty. Food is on par, but that's hardly a benefit. Overall just don't go here.

Very Disappointing. Please check your food before even attempting to eat it. My breakfast sandwich eggs were green, ( I definitely didn’t order green eggs and ham.) and also I had a few egg shells in the sandwich too. Tried calling but of course no answer 😒
It would be nice if they made the burgers as for themselves. Majority of the time my burgers sauces and condiments are half sliding off the bun never in the middle. I end up with the ass of the lettuce( u know that white hard peice near the root) anyways after I take the burger apart and center everything, it's pretty good. Fries are always on point!!

My order (three sandwiches, two tacos, fries, and a coffee) was on their screen for 14 minutes 40 seconds before they gave it to me. That is far too long to be considered acceptable. I ordered with the app, and it said I should expect the food in 7 to 9 minutes. They took twice as long as the apps lower estimate.
The fries were hot and decent. The size of the sandwiches was entirely disappointing. I got value menu items. They looked like they were toddler meal items. I don't think I'll be going to Jack in the Box again for a long while. The food is not a good value and it is not fast.

I truly believe I got the worst food at this Jack-in-the-Box and I have ever had ordered six tacos today. My wife ate one I tried to eat one and a half finally had to throw them away in the garbage can they were so greasy that I actually got sick, hope you learn from this if you like good tacos, go somewhere else and buy them you’re not gonna get good ones here

Staff at Jack in the Box is primarily courteous and kind, we do get a few rudes but not often Jack's food is Jack's food and always great for a quick meal on the go. Love the poppers and the onion rings.

Worked all night got off at 3:30am. Needed dinner still so I stoped at 3:55am and was told they had taken their last order for the night and were about to start prepping for the next shift and they could not serve me. They say there 24 but be careful technically they do close I guess if you need food late.
