I just came to complain that they didn’t include sauce for nuggets or taco sauce and didn’t even ask if we wanted any. I’m so used to that being a standard that I didn’t even notice when they didn’t ask. My food was good. However the nuggets sucked.

We don't eat out very often but last week, I was very sick! We ordered from here using the Jack App 3 times last week. Their drive through line takes a long time (which is fine bc they make their food as ordered so it's fresh) so ordering from home and picking it up inside the lobby was perfect. Our orders were 100% perfect. I didn't make any personalizations to our order like no mayo or anything like that, but still, it's nice that they get just the simple...

It would be nice if they made the burgers as for themselves. Majority of the time my burgers sauces and condiments are half sliding off the bun never in the middle. I end up with the ass of the lettuce( u know that white hard peice near the root) anyways after I take the burger apart and center everything, it's pretty good. Fries are always on point!!
