I've been spoiled with places like Potbelly so keep that in mind when reading this review.This place is good but it's not gonna blow you away. If you want a real quality Italian sub go to Potbelly. They offer extra toppings like artichoke hearts which even if Jersey Mike's offered that as a topping, it still would be a lesser quality sub if that makes sense. If Potbelly was as close to me as Jersey Mike's, I would never go to Jersey Mike's again. I come here because the location is more convenient for me.

This is a decent sub place at reasonable prices. Very clean. The offer 3 sizes for their sandwiches, a 5 inch mini, a 7 inch regular and a 14-15 inch giant. We ordered regular sizes of the #17, Mike's Famous Philly and the #56, Big Kahuna Cheese Steak. Both tasted pretty good. This size was fine for us but if you have a hearty appetite you may want to go with the giant size.

I have been to this locations a few times for lunch. The food, quality of service and speed has always been great.
Just got home with my food. To my dismay the genius chef can not follow simple directions: steak, provolone, and extra mushrooms, no peppers, no onions. What did I get? God damn trash with plenty of peppers and onion, I hope your life is as satisfying as the sandwiches you make. This fat guy is not going to Jersey Mike's again.

Good sandwich, #12. Bread was fresh tasting. Right amount of dressing.Did not have jalapeño potato chips. Online menu had potato salad as a side choice. This store was unaware of this side choice, too.

I'm taking a break from this location on Val Vista. In the past month, both orders that I placed were made wrong, which was 3 of the 3 sandwiches in the first order and 1 of the 2 sandwiches in the second order. Two were missing the requested onions, red wine vinegar, pickles & banana peppers; one had the wrong bread; and my portabella chicken cheese steak had no chicken. In response to the survey, on Sept. 4, I was promised coupons for two free sandwiches for the first order, if I provided my address, which I did that same day. I'm still waiting for those coupons as of Sept. 28. For the second order, I received no response to the survey.
