First time ordering at Val Vista location and will give it 3/5 ⭐️. Sub was made quickly, but the taste was subpar. Bread was dry, not enough mayo or dressing and cheese was dried out. I was hungry enough to ignore my dislike for it. I will not be ordering in the evening again.

I had been charged through the app but the app said my order didn’t go through so I called the store to see what they could do. I believe I spoke the store manager and she handled it immediately. She offered to make the food free of charge if we could pick it up. We got down there and the three girls working that day were the sweetest. They all apologized for the inconvenience and got us out quickly. I hadn’t been in the store in a long time but I can see a lot of changes....

Best sandwich shop for those with celiac!!! If you ask for gluten-free bread, they ask you if it is an allergy or a preference, and if you say allergy, they change out the cutting boards and knives and their gloves and everything to ensure no cross-contamination occurs. I know it’s a bit of extra effort but it is so so SO INCREDIBLY APPRECIATED. Thank you Jersey Mike’s for helping me feel a little less limited by this disease.
