i would never write a review but a young lad who worked in the kitchen who made the best sandwich i have ever had, he served me with the brightest smile and made sure that every ingredient was placed with precision, i am writing this review because i believe that young man deserves a promotion for his excellent service!Wheelchair accessibility: it was okay

The Only. woman in there working was rude, obnoxious, Screamed and yelled At me in front of a restaurant full of customers And employees Just because I asked one question After I had waited at least ten minutes before asking the question. This was uncalled for and unnecessary behavior.

I got a giant club on white bread mike's way and let me tell you that it was the best thing I've eaten in a while. I was going to include a picture but I just couldn't stop eating it ?The only thing is that it's a bit expensive but other than that it was amazing.

waited 10 minutes and no one was in the store and no line... there were multiple people on the line however no one was working. horrible service as well asked for reccomendations and the guy with the beard and tatoos was having a horrible day and didn't want to help. Food was ok, service not great. Rather go to Jersey Mikes.

I started choking on my chips and one of the employees, Logan, hopped over the counter and performed CPR on me, saving my life. He also makes a great sub. 10/10 would eat here again.

Very incompetent workers at this store. They messed up on my food, the simplest order. Ordered a regular chipotle cheesesteak with provolone instead of American cheese. Get hope to unwrap the sandwich and there is no cheese and no chipotle sauce. Worst part is, they wrap the sandwich up in an area you can't see if they are correctly making your order. I really wish Jersey Mikes would hire workers with disabilities because they actually take pride in their work, unlike the entitled cucks at this store.

Quality is hit and miss. I order the same thing every time (#17 Mike's Famous Philly). Sometimes it's fresh and delicious! Other times, it tastes like the meat was on the verge of jerky. A few times, onions and peppers were put on my sandwich on accident, and some other times, the bread was stale. I'll still keep ordering because when it's warm, juicy, melty, and that bread is fresh, it hits the spot and I don't mind a little sandwich roulette. More consistency would be nice, but it won't keep me from coming back.

Skimp skimpy!.... They are starting to hold back in the sliced meat portions. Ordered a $20 giant sub . The Hispanic guy was cutting the meat razor thin and trying to move the meat around on sub to make it look like it's enough looking.. but many empty spots that needed more.. I basically got half the meat I usually get.. I have never had this problem at a jersey mikes.. generally they don't mess around and give you what you pay for.. this is why I got jersey mikes.. I'm going to stop going to this place and go-to another JM.. this has been getting worse each time I go here.. the older lady manager that everyone has been talking about was there.. maybe that has something to do with it.. Place was pretty empty for the time.. maybe there is a reason for that now.
