I came into the store rather late after getting off of work. It was pretty busy in the store and the kind young man making my sandwich, Jake, still took the time to ask how my night was, and took good care of me. Food was amazing, he did a great job. The other girl he was working with was moving fast as well. The store was also clean. Great experience!
We will drive here to get sandwiches when there is another Jersey Mikes just down the road from us on Ray Rd & Ellsworth. We avoid that shop and drive to Baseline.
They always give a healthy portion of Tuna on their sandwiches.

Its me Connor! The regular! I come in almost once a week and they are absolutely amazing with speed, especially Colby with bringing the meats and bread from the back to the front! Aliyah is also amazing being able to quickly get you sandwich done along with amazing customer service. Would always recommend!

Jersey Mike's Subs offers exceptional sandwiches, including the popular giant club on white bread "Mike's Way," which is a standout dish. Customers often praise the quality and friendly service, with one reviewer mentioning that a staff member named Aleaya provided fast, fresh, and delicious food, making the experience enjoyable. The restaurant demonstrates good customer care, as seen when a roasted chicken sandwich was replaced promptly after being served ice-cold. The staff also goes the extra mile to accommodate special needs, such as thoroughly cleaning equipment to prevent issues for customers with allergies. While prices may be a bit high, the quality, service, and positive atmosphere make it worth visiting. Note: online ordering requires careful attention to pickup times.
