Update 3/20/25 I made an online order and waited 40 mins and the order still was not ready. I had to ask to be acknowledged, as the workers looked right over me asking everyone else’s name.. I asked for a refund and did not get a receipt. Note to self…. Meal prepping is not optional. Did I mention that I only ordered 1 medium sized sandwich? 🤣🤣
Old review: The food was good, but the bread seemed a little too hard this time. It was “crunchy” hard. I ordered for online pick up so the food was ready as promised.

I just wanted to say, I could live in Scottsdale and STILL make the drive to visit this JM location. I have never had a bad experience, the food is delicious, and the staff are just good people. Big shout out to LISA who is so sweet and funny. She is always working hard but has never failed to be kind. Love Jersey Mikes but I love this location the most 🥰

The last couple times I have come here in the last 6 months, come around 7pm and every time income they are always understaffed and I have to wait 10+ mins just to get my order taken and or made. It's a busy location and only 2 people working . The workers are nice but theyve been understaffed at night for a while ..won't be back to this kocation

I ordered online so that I could skip the line however when I got there 5 minutes past my designated time my order still was not started and the people in line or still taking precedent over my order so I had to wait another 10 minutes for my order to be made and then once getting home I realize my order was made incorrectly there was no mayonnaise on my sandwich the banana peppers are ordered and the jalapenos were not on there

Ordered 6 sandwiches and they messed up the order and forgot one
Rude employee snapped at my pregnant wife because HE didn't ask her how to customize her sandwhich. She has never been to this restaurant chain before and now she never will. Do better! Unbelievable that you would hire an employee with that kind of attitude who gets that easily frustrated over making food.

Crew is fairly rude and unhelpful. Gave my order to the wrong person and refused to remake it and wouldn't give me a refund. Food is standard, hard to screw up a sandwich and hard for a sandwich from a chain store to be anything other than average.

The lady that was working, blonde hair, acted like she was annoyed with anything we asked and made us feel stupid. She also stared at my partner when he was eating, and huffed when he noticed her looking. She definitely makes the atmosphere more tense and not welcoming.
