We love the king sized Philly cheese steak as we share it between two of us. We add mushrooms and it is delicious. Our second favorites are #7 Turkey done Mikes way and tuna for my spouse. The rewards are easy to claim and use. Staff is well trained and friendly.

As a gluten-free person, Jersey Mike's is my favorite sandwich shop. This location definitely needs work, though. We usually order around 7 pm, and the girls in there make you feel like an inconvenience. I decided to use the app the past couple of times but still had bad interactions. The first time, my gluten-free snickerdoodle (AMAZING!) wasn't in the bag, so I nicely asked about it. The girl I asked yelled at me that I had to get it myself. I would have felt weird going around to the counter to just take stuff. The second time, I got a call a few minutes after I placed the order saying they were out of everything, but wheat bread, and it would be over an hour. I told her to just cancel it. That was on November 27th, and I just had to call today because I was never refunded. I was able to get someone on the phone and eventually spoke with the GM. They were nice, but getting a refund for food I never got has been ridiculous. She was suggesting I come in for a cash refund. Now, I am waiting for the district manager to approve the refund because I used points in the app. Just be careful if you place an online order. You will have to chase down a refund! Will honestly probably just check out another location next time due to the evening staff. 12/19- still have not been refunded. Going to try emailing, but I'm probably going to have to contact my bank.

We love the food But the service was terrible. When i went to order server Charlene mumbled the bread options and I asked if she could repeat them .. I then got a eye roll and she went on to SHOUT the options... I replied that she did not have to be such a grumpy person. I will continue to eat this food but will never go back to this store. And the other server was busy on his phone paying no attention.... If this was my store I'd be looking for new help

Every time I come in here it's always very quiet but the kids or care are nice and always get your order right. The sandwiches are good and you are in and out so fast. Way better than Subway.

Staff was aggressive impatient and not helpful at all. My 2nd time being to a jersey mikes so I was unsure what to order, no suggestions were made. No smiles or enthusiasm from the female making our food. I will never be going there again it felt very uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I was going to sit and eat there and decided to leave from the unhappy stares from staff. The food itself is very basic and ok.
Parking: Only 1-2 store front parking.
