Rude employee snapped at my pregnant wife because HE didn't ask her how to customize her sandwhich. She has never been to this restaurant chain before and now she never will. Do better! Unbelievable that you would hire an employee with that kind of attitude who gets that easily frustrated over making food.

Crew is fairly rude and unhelpful. Gave my order to the wrong person and refused to remake it and wouldn't give me a refund. Food is standard, hard to screw up a sandwich and hard for a sandwich from a chain store to be anything other than average.

The lady that was working, blonde hair, acted like she was annoyed with anything we asked and made us feel stupid. She also stared at my partner when he was eating, and huffed when he noticed her looking. She definitely makes the atmosphere more tense and not welcoming.

Wasn’t greeted as we walked in let alone acknowledged. No other customers inside the store. Was then asked “what we wanted”. Person helping us was very blunt if not a little hostile. They all acted like it was a disservice that we were here to get food. I get decent employees are hard to find these days. But that’s no excuse for having the worst service I have ever witnessed

Today's visit was amazing, when I requested extra she gave me extra, when I asked for it to be wrapped separately there was no confusion. The store was clean as always. Love this location.

I was the only customer waiting. I sat for 8 min because I was tired of standing. The 2 women working never said a word the whole time just processing take outs. No Hi Welcome in. Nothing. I felt very uncomfortable. Finally after 10 min another customer walked in and 3 or 4 more. It took me over 15 min to get my sandwich which she drenched with vinegar and oil. It was a tiny sandwich and by the time I got home 5 min the bread was all soggy. I've been to this location 1x before and swore I would never go to this location again. Now I'm sorry again for going there. The place smells stinky when you walk in also. Sorry for the bad review but communication goes along way. You can't be in the restaurant business when your employees don't care. The last thing that really bothered me is that the person is slicing the sandwiches on the metal counter full of transfer germs. She could make the sandwich on the germ free wrapper that they wrap the sandwich in but everything was thrown on the metal counter. Every sandwich they made. What would the Health inspector say?
