Always come to this jersey mikes cause they haven't wronged me today they missed up my sandwich when I picked it up so I get home and have to drive 15 minutes back just for the guy to acuse me of wanting a free sandwich and chips,even tho I brought both back inside the bag and showed him terrible service will be going to others in the future embaressing.[i work in the sales and people industry]

I’m a frequent Jersey Mike’s visitor but there is something different about this location. The kindness and willingness to help me customize my sandwich by Ahmadou and Tristan was unbelievable.
Ahmadou took his time taking my order and never made me feel like I was rushed. What amazing service I’m be coming back to this location only from now on just cause of them!

The food and service is always great here, but I had to share this after my most recent visit. Jacob- Amazing Service! A guy ahead of me in line was being really rude and ridiculous to Jacob, I assume He’s the manager? We all saw and heard it. This young man remained cool and professional and deserves recognition for going above and beyond. Greatly Impressed!!

I understand it can get stressful when it’s busy BUT you can at least smile and respond when spoken to. I waited in line for 15 minutes…. The girl that made my sandwiches had a bad attitude. People don’t always remember what you say but they do remember how you made them feel and this lady made me feel like it was a problem to ask for things to be put on my sandwich. You could tell she didn’t want to be there. They also charge $1.00 for 1 piece of bacon. Next time I know not to ask for it. The guys that checked me out were pleasant.
