In my isolated instance..... RETRAIN your current management..... and PROPERLY TRAIN all future management!!!! If one thing could have been correctly done it would have prevented three things that were incorrectly done. I've been in the restaurant industry almost 20yrs, 4-5 of those as an AGM & GM of JIMMY JOHN'S. Regardless where you work, never let anything leave the kitchen umless you'd be happy receiving and eating that item yourself. THE SADDEST PART IS THAT THIS DISAPPOINTING...read full review
