Stopped in last night for the first time even though this is along a frequently traveled route for us. Ordered the meatloaf special; wife had the fried chicken. Both dinners were excellent, service was excellent, and the bill came out so low, I thought it was a mistake. Restaurant/bar vibe, with minimalist decor - clean but a bit worn in places. But for what counts - outstanding! This place is a hidden gem, and we'll be back.
We went for bar bingo. We ordered 3 apps for the 3 of us, and we're so full that we never ordered dinner! The toasted ravioli was average but the onion rings and fried cauliflower were excellent. The wait staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back!
Kudos to your team today! I was part of a large lunch crowd today and everything was absolutely perfect! Your chef did an incredible job! Had the Walleye and it surpassed my expectations! Loved the fresh side of veggies and wild rice. Meatloaf and gravy looked wonderful. Salads were fresh and our server also deserves credit for exceptional service! Great job!
