Kagawa guys Reviews
We were here May 31st of 2026 we found on Google Maps so we tried it out not knowing it was brand new that time
The food is great. I had the Carbonara, the pasta was perfectly al dente the sauce was well balanced, strong parmesean flavor but not overpowering, The bacon was clearly high quality, and super tasty.
Whole store smells nice!!
Food deserves 6/5!!!
Will come back to try pasta!!

Kagawa Guys is a small, charming restaurant that offers a unique Japanese dining experience. Hidden inside an old shopping center, it is a little Mesa secret that is worth discovering. The restaurant specializes in traditional Japanese dishes like omurice and serves a variety of tasty meals, including the Tokyo Deluxe and short rib omurice. The food is consistently praised for its delicious flavors, with the egg omelette and pasta receiving particular mention for their great taste. The Tokyo Deluxe comes with an excellent curry sauce, and the pasta is described as yummy and impressive. The Carbonara, with its perfectly al dente pasta and well-balanced sauce, is also highly recommended, especially for those who enjoy strong Parmesan flavor and high-quality bacon.
While the food is excellent and reasonably priced, the restaurant has a cozy atmosphere that can feel a bit old-fashioned, with a smell of old paper and wood. Due to its small size—seating only about 20 people—it can experience long waits during busy times, sometimes up to an hour. Visitors are advised to arrive early, especially on weekends or peak days, as there is no waitlist system. The staff is friendly and attentive, making the dining experience enjoyable despite the wait. Overall, Kagawa Guys is a great spot for those seeking flavorful Japanese dishes in a quiet, intimate setting.
