Ordered my food online, and as I was driving to pick up food, my phone rang and it was Naomi from kfc to let me know they ran out of a certain item, and would I like a replacement. I was like huh? Did this really happen? They called me??? Never has anyone from any established ever call me to let me know that.. HEY NAOMI.. GREAT JOB 5 STARS.. That's how you take care of a customer. She wen't over and beyond. Thank you
This location is never properly stocked on good, every time I have come they do not have enough food for sides or chicken in general, they also have an issue with me requesting some if I ask. It’s frustrating coming for fast food and it’s not fast because it was never made. Additionally when they were out of the sides I wanted and I requested biscuits, the gentleman at the window seemed upset that I had asked to add some to my order. I ordered on the KFC website for delivery. My order was about 45 minutes late and it was missing eight sauces. Also, the wings were so dried out. They were actually hard to eat.
