Found through a random Google search when I was craving for beef noodles. Hidden gem! The dumplings are so good reminds me of home, growing up with dumplings. Highly recommend this place for true flavors of different dumplings. Authentic and fresh. The beef noodles were also good too, there were enough noodles to make it two meals for leftovers. Will definitely be coming back again.
I’m giving Kofu Dumpling House 4 stars. The food was genuinely excellent—especially the handmade noodles and dumplings, which were fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. We also tried the baos and soup; the soup was great, and while the baos had good flavor, they were a bit too spongy and doughy for my taste.

Dining room was filthy. High top tables near front window had a layer of dust. Windows extremely dirty. Soy sauce and other condiments on tables were sticky and stuck to the tray they were placed on. The floor also was dirty. We didn't see the kitchen of course, but can only imagine.
