They did admit there was a new cook but my BLT was burnt and half was not edible. They did comp half the meal. Waitress was MIA but bartender/ other server was extremely nice and helped us.
First visit to this Lucky Lou spot with great service and a big menu though smaller than other locations and the food was excellent including ribeye and classic comfort dishes even if a few usual sides were missing.
We met up with a longtime friend at Lucky Lou's on a busy Sunday, got seated fast enjoyed solid food and good service and would definitely recommend it for a relaxed meal with plenty of parking.
