I've been eating Matta's since before I was born. My Mom would eat there while pregnant with me back in 1970. Absolutely love Matta's. Just wish they were still at Riverview.

It's the same delicious food as it was when they were open at Riverview, and before that on Main St. I've been eating the jalapeno hot sauce for the past 30 years and will continue for another 30. It really is the best in the valley. If you really like it, jars are available inside for purchase. Inside is nothing fancy, a few tables. There are more tables outside. This morning is perfect for hot tasty abondigas soup ? , and the man at the counter was so nice. He offered us a cup of water for my dog and was super friendly. The foods great, the people are nice, and the patio has the perfect atmosphere in the morning. I'll definitely come back.
