I’d like to give it 5 stars but the tables were not cleaned inside or outside. There were enough breaks between customers to clean up tables. Otherwise this is a favorite burgs and love the sweet potato fries.

Recommend by Meghan at Lochiel Brewing for their great burgers and it did not disappoint! We were greeted immediately by the gentleman at the counter. He went through the menu, suggested a few with different spice levels and we both decided on the Red Card burger. We shared a small fry basket. So many layers of flavor! Highly recommend.

My family of 4 recently dined at this restaurant, and the experience was disappointing, primarily due to poor management and subpar service, despite the high cost of $90+. The food was decent but not exceptional, falling short of expectations for the price.
We encountered an issue when trying to order from the kids' menu for my 13-year-old daughter, who eats smaller portions to avoid food waste. The restaurant enforced strict age restrictions, denying us this option without flexibility. While I understand policies, the staff's rude response to our request set a negative tone.
Service throughout the meal was lackluster. The staff, while not necessarily at fault, appeared undertrained, contributing to an unwelcoming atmosphere. For instance, we were charged extra for a small 2 oz portion of BBQ sauce requested on the side, which felt petty given the meal's cost. The restaurant's cleanliness was also substandard, with the bathrooms being particularly dirty and lacking paper towels.
Overall, the experience was poorly managed, overpriced, and left much to be desired. While the food was good, it wasn't remarkable enough to offset the numerous shortcomings.

My husband and I really loved the burgers—so delicious and cooked perfectly! The flavors were amazing, and everything tasted super fresh. We got the fried pickles and have been craving them ever since! Kenzie was our cashier and she was really nice and helpful, which made the experience even better. We’ll definitely be coming back. Huge thanks to the cooks and the amazing food!

We were charged for extra fries that we didn’t order, and when we asked for an itemized receipt, the server didn’t apologize or acknowledge the mistake. When the burgers arrived, the fry sauce was missing, and when we asked about it, the server said it was already in the burger—which didn’t make much sense. My husband ended up going back to ask for it again.
I buy salads at least every 3 times a week, I pay 17 dollars for a salad wich is a little expensive in my opinion and now they want to charge for the ranch? They just lost a customer 👎🏻

That burger was yummy and cooked perfectly, but it wasn't a steakburger. I wanted a super thin, crispy patty, but this wasn't it. Still a good burger though.

What a little hidden gem! The fried pickles were on point, great fries, and I had the burgers are delicious!!! I had the burger with pastrami, swiss, and pickles, very good! Just make sure you read the menu thoroughly, because the portobello burger didn't come with a burger patty, and my friend was pissed. 🤣 Totally his fault. Looking forward to going back!
