Tried to order a meal deal and upgrade my drink to a large..when all drinks are the same price might I add and got denied for some reason. The manager was very rude and looked like she was on drugs. Definitely not going to this location. When someone wants to upgrade just a drink when they are the same price you should let them.

I went through this morning to get a sausage egg and cheese bagel 🥯 first time they gave me bacon when I opened it the bage wasl hard an egg was like it been sitting so I took it back they gave me a new one the bagel was warm but harder and the cheese on top was dryer than ever like this to was sitting under the heat lamp when I tried to give the bagel back to the lady and said do you want this one back she made a face like she was grossed out and said ew no you keep it I don't know.. I smiled and pull out from the drive through I tossed them out and ate a jack in the box I know all food chains are all dramatic about the time on the clock for drive thru that doesn't excuse the quality of the food to be made wrong just because your shift manager wants good time complaints should have and effect on that so that the workers can do a better job your either overworking them for a low pay or over paying for poor service and rude employees I get it breakfast is rush hour for blue collar workers mind you had anyone of your employees gotten this type of service somewhere else they be in my position now but I understand but just because it's rush hour for blue collar workers doesn't mean it's okay to feed them rubber eggs and hard bagels start normalizing perfection and stop focusing on time clocks at drive through besides McDonald's ain't even the fastest fast food it doesn't count when your parking everyone an when you do that all the parking space are taken for those who wanna just go inside and enjoy a meal at the table. The number of compliments on each shift should count an shift managers need to be addressed by management and told to explain the importance of manners while at work and on there shift with them if the shift managers can't control there shift workers then why have them as shift managers.. start rearranging the job .. I rambled a little bit to much so imma end here

Honestly, all the times I've came here, food is fine, but the customer service lacks a ton. They need better customer service. They always have lazy service.

My order was ready in window and manager let me sit there for extended period of time. When I said that wasn’t cool I had to wait and customer had to wait they just dismissed it and shut window.

45 min wait in the drive thru to be told they don’t have my online order in their system. The manager inputs my order, and when I get my food the fries lukewarm.

Decent location, it it is VERY busy and often forget items: if you get a quarter pounder meal they might forget your fries (Half your order) but if you order 4 meals maybe only 1 French fries will be missing (Not so bad). They'll give you your items IF you catch the mistake.
You WILL be missing something in every order, so it's beat to check your ENTIRE Order before pulling away (SOMETHING Will be missing, You'll be glad you did when you realize your fries aren't there.)

This is the only mcdonald's I've been to that won't upgrade a drinks size on a value meal when mcdonalds whole shtick is that any size drink is a buck 30 something and on top of that when we did get our food the fries were unsalted and cold.

I don't mind this place but the only thing I have an issue is... What's the point of ordering online to pick up in drive threw if I'm going to be told to park at one of the spots to wait for my food. This happened twice. The employee s were not rude. Just wanted to vent about the process

Why have a coupon when you won’t honor it. I was told they no longer have the item and it’s only if available (nothing on coupon states that). Even manager offered no help, worthless.
