I have been dealing with this McDonald's for over it's actually been 29 days to give me a refund from a breakfast order that was placed 5 minutes before stop time pick it up 2 minutes after breakfast had stopped being served and was denied our product... Since then we have called the store we have called corporate office and we have called customer service three times and still have not received a resolution for this. I have officially filed a complaint with the BBB but I would be careful buying anything from this location... No one has called us. Nothing has been resolved and we contacted the store the same day. I am totally disappointed not only in the store but the chain of McDonald's and will be boycotting them as well as others! Update filed a complaint with the BBB was notified that the restaurant DID NOT answer them as well and I just filed a complaint with the attorney general office to get this resolved.

Haven't been here in a while and right when we walk in all the employees start rolling their eyes because we are a big family. Very rude! They are all just standing there not doing anything talking. They all need training! Not coming here again!

Ordered 40 nuggets and fries and the nuggets were so old and gross. I can’t even eat them and I waited about 11 mins at curbside pickup for them. They had one 10 pack fresh and the other 30 trash! I just called them to try and fix the situation but no answer! I called 3x too! Just craziness!!

This is my favorite mcdonalds and the people at the drive through are the most polite. I had been hiking 6 hours in the heat yesterday and couldn't find a place with water and now I ask for a water cup last second in the drive through and he already had a large ice cup ready so that made my day 5 stars.
