Cashier dropped cups on the floor then put them back on the rack. I said you can’t use anything that’s fallen on the floor.

Ordered 2 fish sandwiches. Dry like they were sitting around. One sandwich wasn’t placed on the bun correctly so all the sauce was everywhere which made for a really messy sandwich. Then we discovered a half piece of cheese!😳
Come on McDonalds! Put a decent piece of cheese on the sandwich.

it seems customery atleast at this location to up charge without asking. I just ordered a big Mac meal and was asked what size. I told the girl medium. while getting my drink. I hear the manager berating the person who rang me up. "Don't ask what size they want. just ring it up as a large. if they want something different they'll ask." that's a pretty messed up policy. just up charge and see if the customer catches it.
Went there for lunch today & somehow or another they messed up our whole order. Either forgot something or lack of something.
Forgot The Cheese on QP
No Extra sausage on sausage McMuffin.
No apple juice for both kids meals.
Said no egg. The egg was still there.
Gave the kids meals like 5 French Fries each.
Also tired to call & the phone number is a fax machine. Lol
