McDonald's drive-thru service is efficient and accurate, perfect for a quick stop on the way to work. However, the experience inside the restaurant was different - some waiting time but excellent service. Despite a disappointing Double Quarter Pounder, the staff went above and beyond to make up for it by offering extra hashbrowns and a larger coffee. The orange juice machine was down, but they handled the situation well.
