Excellent experience every time I come here. Ive been here dozens of times and the employees are always nice and attentive. It's clean and stocked every time. They have some new flavors and my personal old favorites as well.

When I say AH -MAZ-ING that is what I mean. The flavors are simple yet plentiful and the toppings were fully stocked and fresh. Nutella and marshmallow topping with Cake Batter Froyo.....Yes Please

Visit this location often and the ice cream is good but service is always terrible. Tonight I went in and Annabelle and another gal was working - tried to ask a question about the flavors and was met with extreme attitude. Honestly just horrible customer service on her part and when I asked for the name she wouldn’t say. I would recommend finding staff who are able to have a positive attitude and act professional towards customers because I have never been treated so poorly by a customer service rep in my life. For the love of god please find new staff… also whoever is writing positive reviews about these two are paid actors or probably family because they were truly the least enjoyable people I’ve ever met.

I had the best customer service from two of your employees, Anna Belle and Rose Mary. They were pleasant and helpful and didn't rush this senior citizen. Also, what I noticed that the kept the tables in the store and outside of the store clean and tidy. That is a big plus as I dislike sitting at a dirty table. Kudos for great service and a yummy dessert!

My family and I recently visited Menchie's Frozen Yogurt off Power and Ray Rd. As avid froyo enthusiasts, we had an excellent experience! The dynamic duo working there— I believe their names were Annabelle and Rosemary—were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our visit very enjoyable. The staff keeps this place clean, and the atmosphere is relaxing and inviting, making it a perfect family treat. We left with our sweet tooth satisfied and eager to return. I highly recommend this place for anyone craving delicious frozen yogurt!

High Clouds
I was looking g for a good yogert place and and I think this will be it. The only reason I gave 4 stars for the atmosphere was because of a few screaming kids that the parents were not even trying to control, which was not the fault or responsibility of the Menchie's employees. Otherwise, this was a great place. Rather small with not enough seating inside, but the quality of the yogert made up for it.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair parking right in front of the entrance to the store.

My daughter left a job she was at for over a year to go to work for these people. They promised her a promotion while we were away on vacation. They constantly text her cell phone to complain about minor things daily. Then they fired her By taking her off the schedule, when she reached out, they told her it wasn’t a good fit for them. I don’t know why they think they had the right to use her private cell phone as a business phone, or why they promise, kids, promotions, and ask them to leave their jobs and then for no good reason they let them go. My daughter was a high honor, society student, graduated high school full year early and got a full ride to college, so she’s more than capable ice cream service. I will file a formal complaint with the company against this business.
I had enough points, from previous purchases, to buy a birthday cake at a discount. The website said I had enough points but they wouldn't let me redeem it unless I use their app on my phone. I shouldn't have to download an app for every business I visit. They should have honored my points that I accumulated over the years. I will not do business with them again.

We came in 45 minutes before close and the workers were extremely rude, did not stock any of the flavors, were emptying out the yogurt as we were trying to serve ourselves and were giving us nasty looks the entire time. We came almost an hour before close and were well aware of what the hours are. They made us feel very unwelcome, however the yogurt was delicious. We came last week at the same time and the workers were very friendly but this was a bad experience for us.
